How upside down is life in New York? For starters, Andrew Cuomo, the combative governor of a decade, suddenly seems likeable. He’s beloved in some corners that, a few weeks ago, hated him

Already anxious about Trump’s chances in the nation’s biggest swing state, Republicans now are dealing with thousands of unemployed workers unable to navigate the Florida system to apply for help

When he was Gov, Rick Scott revamped Florida’s unemployment system to make it much harder for people to get benefits, which gave him low unemployment numbers to tout. Now that there’s an employment crisis, Floridians are screwed. The GOP fears blowback.

(Under Scott’s rules, maximum benefits are capped at $275 a week. To get that, Floridians have to prove they’ve applied for five jobs a week. The duration of benefits was shortened from 26 to 12 weeks. And applications have to be done online on a notoriously buggy web system.)

Excuse me?  Didn't they all just have a go at Pelosi for wanting to have oversight on the pandemic?

"They oughtta stock up for the next time" --The president is saying states did not do enough to prepare for their own needed supplies

YOU are the President of all 50 States, you Moron!   YOU were not prepared, ignored those that tried to warn you to prepare, got rid of agency staff and programs who purpose was to prepare and be prepared, and you blame it all on your predecessor!

WE need to hold you fully accountable for your criminally derelict response to YOUR duties, now if possible, in November definitely.  YOU are the President, and you are failing miserably at YOUR job!

One by one, states in the U.S. South are finally issuing stay-at-home orders. Notable holdout: GOP Gov. Kay Ivey of Alabama, who says she fears the impact on the state’s economy. https://

Our Stockpile? Does Jared Kushner understand that the taxpayer funds the federal government?

Our stockpile?

Does the Nepotism jerkboy know that this is the United States of America--

And the federal government is financed by all Americans and it represents all Americans oh, so it belongs to all Americans.

Nepotism jerkboy is not only unqualified for this job, also he shows how he lacks the same empathy and human qualities as his sociopath father-in-law.

Jared Kushner: "The President also wanted us to make sure that we think outside the box, make sure we're finding all the best thinkers in the country, making sure we're getting all the best ideas."

All the best thinkers?  Hahaha!!  These must be who you find when you google “Best thinkers”!

As for thinking outside the box, your idea to stockpile supplies necessary to save American lives, and sell to the highest bidder, is INSIDE your box.  You and your father-in-law are just (unsuccessful) rapacious capitalists with no social conscience or belief that the government should help out its needy people, just its greedy predatory people.  You and your father-in-law are worthless, except to make life miserable for those you should be serving, and to compound the death rate with your incompetence and uncaring.

Anyone with logical intelligence after observing what's going on and listening to the experts would have the same opinion.

This is going to go on until they find a vaccine or at least compatible drugs to treat it.

I don't think trump and the GOP are up to handling this National Crisis--

Their main concern is their own self-interest and financial gain, so I don't see how they can possibly put the American people first--

Even at a time of crisis where hundreds of Americans are dying everyday.

Dr. Anthony Fauci responds to Dr. Oz's advocacy for HCQ as a covid treatment: "That was not a very robust study." Fauci also says some may "feel" HCQ is an effective treatment, and "there is a suggestion" it could be, but we can't "make that majestic leap" to assume it's a cure.
