Nothing like this has ever happened at Facebook. Employees always voiced dissent internally. Today's walkout is a sign that anger is spilling over, and that employees don't feel heard by Zuckerberg/Sandberg

Even *Nixon* had the courage to go talk with antiwar protesters face-to-face in the aftermath of the Kent State shootings.

Fox guest Bernie Kerik: “I don't know what's going on, and who's behind it. I have an idea — George Soros, for one”

If only I had a dollar for every time a wingnut blamed Soros for something that Soros had

nothing to do with.

The president has been working on Anarchy since he assumed the presidency 3 years ago, and quite successfully.  That’s why we’re in the anarchic mess we’re in.

President Trump is considering invoking the Insurrection Act, which allows him to deploy active-duty US troops to respond to protests in cities across the country, according to 4 people familiar with the decision.

After years of instigating violence and division, there is absolutely nothing Donald Trump could say at the Rose Garden to stop the protests in America except “I resign and Mike Pence is resigning too.”

Teleprompter set up in Rose Garden ahead of Trump's appearance; explosions audible in from nearby Lafayette Park and H Street; Possibility of tear gas wafting over the mansion. Symbolic of a president under siege

Source tells me park rangers are clearing Lafayette Park (with tear gas) because President Trump is going to walk to St. John’s church from the White House soon

Attorney General Bill Barr is now out in Lafayette Park. It looks like he’s surveying the police and guard deployed out here.

Crowd is booing him heartily, and chanting “George Floyd”

It appears they tear gassed people in a public park so that Trump could go to St. John's church? Trump almost never goes to church. He goes on Christmas and Easter.

He basically threatened to declare martial law and walked away without taking any questions. Trump addressed none of the protesters’ grievances with police brutality. Did not call for justice for George Floyd’s murder. In fact, he made no mention of George Floyd.

‘Establishing an overwhelming law enforcement presence’ sounds like a terrible plan for de-escalating protests against overbearing law enforcement......yeah, liberals watching their own allies take off like a buncha scared jackrabbits can be disheartening.
