Which is more ridiculous:

- Rudy getting paid $500,000 for “legal work” by Fraud Guarantee (real name, they chose it), or

- Ivanka Trump getting paid $750,000 for “consulting” by a company she already worked for.

Just because you paper it up doesn’t make it all good.

Let me just say that anyone who has ever met or known Ivanka Trump knows that she is so tightly locked down that she NEVER loses her cool.

Her tweet tonight is an indication that she knows how bad it's about to get for her and her entire family.

GOOD.

"Two separate New York State fraud investigations into [Donald] and his businesses, one criminal and one civil, have expanded to include tax write-offs on millions of dollars in consulting fees, some of which appear to have gone to Ivanka."

No pardons. No immunity.

We only know about the $747,622 payment under investigation because she filed a financial disclosure report, which she wouldn't have had to file if she and her father hadn't broken the norm against nepotism in the White House.

Reminder: The last time New York investigated Ivanka for fraud, she had to agree to undergo training on how not to defraud people, and sign papers wherein she admitted that was unable not to cheat people so should never open a charity in NY again. So there was something there.

Rep. Fred Upton, a senior Michigan Republican, told me it's time for Trump to concede -- and he said there's no evidence to back-up widespread voter fraud allegations that would change MI outcome.

“No one has seen any real identification of any real fraud,” Upton said of Detroit

Sen. Sasse; "Trump lost Michigan by more than 100,000 votes, and the campaign and its allies have lost in or withdrawn from all five lawsuits in Michigan for being unable to produce any evidence. Wild press conferences erode public trust ... We are a nation of laws, not tweets."

Rachel Maddow has returned to the air for the first time in two weeks, describing her partner's harrowing bout with COVID-19. “Don’t get this thing. Do whatever you can to keep from getting it,” Maddow told viewers from her home.
