"The Mighty"--movie--cameo role of bus driver

I recently watched "The Mighty," parts of which were filmed in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1998.  At the beginning of the movie, there is a scene where kids enter the back door of a bus without paying the fare.  The bus driver shakes his head in disgust.  I think the bus driver looks like former House Speaker John Boehner.  

 

The bus driver is not credited in the movie.  

 

Does anyone know if John Boehner had a cameo role in this movie?
